Located in south Minneapolis, Zinsmaster Apartments has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units that are conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, bus lines and the light rail. Each apartment has large rooms and plenty of closet space. There is a laundry room on each floor, off-street parking and garage spaces are available. There are two play areas as well as barbecue and picnic areas. A large community room is available for resident use. You must meet certain income guidelines to live at Zinsmaster.
